GPS NO LONGER GETTING SIGNALS TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

a) use a paperclip and press the top left hand corner to reset the unit. 

b) if this does not help go to Settings or Factory settings and look for a GPS program
      If you can see a satellite connection the problem is in the program. 
            To re-install the program it needs to be removed first. 
               Check the setup page you were provided with for details as well as program links

     If you cannot see a satellite connection then the unit is not getting a signal
           Move the antenna to the top of the dashboard in front of the passenger.  If you did not self install
            and need to get your installer to do this then purchase a replacement antenna (about $20) first

c) if new antenna does not work the unit will need to be serviced
