Stereo restarts takes longer than 3 seconds

There are times when the stereo will completely re-start.  When this happens it will take some 30 seconds to restart and most often will lead to loss of clock, sometime radio stations.

The stereos use a Constant and Accessories power supply.
When the accessories lose power the unit will turn back on straight away
When the constant is lost the unit will restart

Trouble shooting:
Most often this will happen when the car is turned on.  The cranking of the engine takes a lot of power and so when the car battery is weak this will lead to the stereo not getting enough power and re-starting.
The best way to stop this is to run a heavy wire direct from the battery to the stereos Constant (yellow) wire.
